HCP Talent is collaborating with a Long Term Care/Rehabilitation Facility (200 beds) in the Bronx, NY that is seeking a Registered Nurse (Floor Nurse) for a full-time Evening (3p-11a) or Night (11pm-7am) position ***$5,000 Sign-On Bonus***New Grads Welcome***Free Parking***

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour plus Sign on Bonus

RN Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete assessment to all residents quarterly and PRN such as: pain assessment, fall assessment and skin assessment.
• Does treatments, dispenses medications, and performs other nursing functions as needed on a regular basis.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed understanding the dosages, effects, and reactions to medications.
• Ensures all aspects of care is provided.
• Administer general nursing care to patients in the assigned area under the direct supervision of the RN Supervisor
• Maintain accurate documentation in records.
• Check control drugs, review lab reports, review physician orders.
• Inform the Physician orders are transcribed and carried out in a timely manner and other RN duties within the Scope of RN responsibilities.
